Report on the development of your accommodation and on the state of the property: complete review. Then general report at the end of each season.
Troubleshooting
So that both the facilities and the equipment are in perfect condition and in good working order. Continuous reviews are carried out and it is verified that the appropriate repairs are made.
Forgotten objects
We record everything found on your property, labeling it with the name of the villa / apt, date and description of the object.
Laundry report and Check out
We do a control of the bedding and towels, tablecloths, bedspreads, taking an initial inventory, half stay and end. We report any incident related to the client.
